They are friends and lovers; they perform and protest; they talk about their dreams and day-to-day lives: Aaa, Billy, Dawid, Filipka, and Olo. The film’s director, Alex Baczyński-Jenkins, accompanied them over several years, sometimes documenting, sometimes co-creating the playful moments that Such Feeling brings to the screen. 

As an artist and choreographer, Alex Baczyński-Jenkins turns the camera toward his own community, crafting an intimate portrait of his Warsaw-based friends. Linking one moment to the next, the film offers not a linear narrative, but a testament to friendship and art, to performances and protests by queers in contemporary Poland. There’s such a feeling to it!
