Arthur and Diana are brother and sister. The two of them share custody of their father’s old Renault. Still registered in France, the car needs its long expired vehicle inspection certificate to be renewed, so the siblings embark on an absurd trip from Berlin to Paris togethet with Diana's two year old child.

Played by director Sara Summa, her sun Lupo and her brother Robin themselves, this is a a shimmering summer film that breathes joie de vivre, longing and nostalgia. The film doesn't shy away from conflict and negotiating the big questions of life, with an atmospheric visuality, a clear style and a great love of cinema.

Sara Summa's second feature film after Gli ultimi a viderli vivere (The Last to See them, Berlinale Forum 2019) premiered at the renowned Toronto International Film Festival and has since been shown and honoured at numerous international film festivals, including the award for best director at the Max Ophüls Preis film festival, best film at Achtung Berlin Film Award and is nominated for best full-length feature film at the 2024 FIRST STEPS German Newcomer Award.
